THE CONCEPT

A User Experience (UX) can be defined as how a user interacts with and experiences a product, system, or service. It includes a person’s perceptions of utility, ease of use and efficiency.

UX disrupts the old ways of retail investment, store format and customer behaviour by bringing together the best of all online retail operators, brands and consumers within an experiential and frictionless physical shopping and theatrical environment that entertains and creates days to remember.

UX combines this experiential physical environment by working in partnership with a compelling number of new and innovative online retail brands wanting to promote and sell exciting goods and services within a user-friendly experience.

THE vision

Up to 80 internet brands marketing and trading their product ranges within 200,000sqft (18,500sqm) of experiential space. An inspirational customer focused environment, supported by internal and external entertainment zones.

We built UX around three clear insights:

A physical omnichannel retailing environment with hi-tech events space providing a unique marketing platform to showcase brands and product ranges.

A real estate concept that removes traditional legal property jargon and replaces rents with flexible data driven subscriptions.

A retail platform that creates an ability to market and sell products within a physical retail environment whilst also providing a resale outlet for discounted stock and customer product returns.
